INFORMANTS POINT TO ERDOĞAN
It has emerged that the reason for the removal from their posts of prosecutors conducting the FETO inquiry are comments by informants directed at Erdoğan and government members. The way that informant Supreme Board of Judges and Prosecutors members are talking of government approval for the alliance formed and plots hatched with the Gulenists and are holding him responsible has annoyed Erdoğan.
KODALAK LOOSES OUT
Erdoğan, starting to think that an operation is being conducted against him, replied to the accusations at a dinner he hosted for Association of Judicial Unity members three days ago. NINE SOLDIERS WOUNDED
A vehicle bomb attack was staged by ISIL militants in Al-Bab’s Suflaniyah district on the 150th day of the Euphrates Shield operation. In the attack, five specialised sergeants were killed and nine soldiers were wounded. Combined with yesterday’s attacks that filled Turkey with grief, the number of fallen soldiers has risen to 54.

Following the attack, the Turkish Armed Forces entered the zone, coming under fire, where ISIL militants were positioned. A large number of ISIL members were reportedly killed. Chief of the General Staff Akar, inspecting the border units in the company of the Land and Air Forces commanders, later proceeded to the İncirlik Base.

Clashes erupted on the streets between demonstrators and police and 100 people were arrested. Actor Robert De Nero, Mark Ruffalo and Cher took part in the demonstrations in New York.
