‘Ebu Hanzala’ arrested

Yesterday saw the arrest of Halis Bayancak, alias Ebu Hanzala, who was arrested in 2015 on charges of being the terrorist organisation ISIL’s Turkish administrator and was released last year. Bayancak had threatened Ankara Provincial Governate staff.
