Undisclosed payments whose recipients are unknown accounted for 1.7 billion lira in payments from the budget, while 23.2 billion lira has been spent on cleaning and private security and 2.1 billion lira on rents.

Over eleven months of this year, a total of 1.7 billion lira has been spent from the budget on “undisclosed payments” whose recipients are kept secret. The state has spent 23.2 billion lira so far this year on the purchase of services such as cleaning and private security. Over eleven months, the state has forked out 2.1 billion lira on rents, including the rental of vehicles and service buildings. Defence and security expenditure amounted to 6.1 billion lira over eleven months. The Ministry of Finance has published tables showing expenditure made from the budget over November. Here is some of the expenditure that has been made according to the budget expenditure table classified by economic category:
 
- Purchases of goods: Since the start of the year, the greatest amount of expenditure on the purchase of goods and services was made in November. Expenditure of 6.5 billion lira was made from the budget on this item in November. Of this, 3.1 billion lira was accounted for by the purchase of consumable goods and materials. The total amount spent on the purchase of goods and services since the start of the year, on the other hand, has been 52.7 billion lira.
 
- Security expenses: The second highest expenditure after April on goods, materials and services for security and defence purposes was incurred November. In November, 980.9 million lira was spent on security and defence. As to the total amount spent on this item in eleven months, this comes to 6.1 billion lira.
 
- Service procurement: Expenses of 2.7 billion lira were made in November. The total amount of expenditure made over eleven months of the year, in turn, was 23.2 billion lira. The procurement of cleaning services accounted for 297.4 million lira, while 167.9 million lira was spent on the procurement of private security services.
 
- Rental expenses: The state forked out 230 million lira in November on rents such as vehicles, service buildings and staff accommodation. Rented vehicles accounted for 59.2 million lira. The amount spent on vehicle rental for the entire year, conversely, was 468.7 million lira. The state spent 796.4 million lira in eleven months on rents for buildings.
 
- Performances and promotions: This accounted for 26.2 million lira in November and 208.2 million lira for eleven months of the year.
