CHP prepares to tackle Soylu

The CHP, which has submitted a motion for interpellation against Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu for his comments about CHP General Chair Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, will turn the debate over the Interior Ministry scheduled for tomorrow into a “de facto interpellation” debate.
 
The motion for interpellation against Soylu is expected to be debated in the general assembly on Saturday 23 December. The CHP is preparing to turn discussion in the General Assembly of Parliament over the Interior Minister budget into a de facto interpellation debate, without awaiting this date. The eighty minute time allotted to the groups will not be divided among MPs. Deputy General Chair and Party Spokesperson Bülent Tezcan and Deputy Group Chairs Engin Altay, Özgür Özel and Engin Özkoç will each make a twenty-minute speech.
