‘No’ so as to avoid a permanent state of emergency

CHP leader Kılıçdaroğlu has said there must be a ‘No’ vote in the referendum to avoid undergoing a permanent state of emergency. Kılıçdaroğlu spent yesterday in Istanbul, where he called on young people to go to the polls.
