Threat by Bayancuk

Halis Bayancuk, aka Ebu Hanzala, one of ISIL’s administrators in Turkey, wanted to give a lecture in Ankara. The provincial governate banned the event. Bayanuk has issued the threat, ‘It is impossible for us to be friends with you.’
