The main KCK trial, with 154 defendants, has come to an end. In the proceedings, which have lasted eight years, DBP Co-Chair Kamuran Yüksek was handed down a 21-year jail term, while custodial sentences of 6 years and 3 months were imposed on remanded Diyarbakır Co-Mayor Fırat Anlı, former MP Demir Çelik and Selim Sadak, 9 years on DTK Co-Chair Hatip Dicle and 1 year and 3 months on Ahmet Türk.
