With environmental activists pointing to an imminent massacre of the environment and trees, the Northern Forests Defence is warning, ‘Forests will become even more fragmented.’

An official from the company that is undertaking the 275-kilometre North Marmara Motorway project that will link up with the third bridge has commented that, ‘The number of trees that will be felled is unknown; work on calculating this continues.’
