Kılıçdaroğlu, saying, ‘If “No” prevails, Turkey will take a deep, free breath,’ accused the ‘Constitutional Court that does not review state of emergency decrees with the force of law’ of ‘rejecting the constitution and the law.’ Kılıçdaroğlu, condemning the mass expulsion of academics as ‘immorality,’ said, ‘The Council of Higher Education bears front-line responsibility.’
