Turkey has emerged as the most sensitive country in the UK’s Oxford Economics’ study of thirteen developing markets. In spite of this, Prime-Minister Yıldırım is loosening the purse strings with the referendum approaching and has promised loans to small and medium-sized enterprises, jobs and subsidies for diesel and fertiliser.
