HELICOPTER DISASTER: 7 DEAD

The helicopter, belonging to Eczacıbaşı Holding, crashed four minutes after taking off from Istanbul Atatürk Airport. The two pilots and five passengers lost their lives in the crash. With the Communications Minister saying that the helicopter was brought down after colliding with a TV tower, Büyükçemece Mayor Dr Hasan Akgün said, ‘The tower is in front of us.
