INVESTIGATION INTO THE VICTIMS OF THE MASSACRE WHO ARE CALLING FOR JUSTICE!

In the Ankara Station massacre, the court has granted the prosecutor’s application and permitted the launching of an investigation into victims of the massacre who are seeking the prosecution of public servants, having pointed to their acts of negligence. In the interim decision, the sending to the court of the inspector’s report which called for five police officers to be investigated for ‘neglect of duty’, permission for which was denied by the provincial governate, was also ordered.
