Thousands of media employees are embarking on Working Journalists Day deprived of employment. Those journalists for whom the state of emergency has meant expulsion from their profession strive to get by so as to take care of their families and send their kids to school. Former media employees who are working as carpenters and have started trading from market stalls have spoken to Cumhuriyet.
