The State of Emergency Commission, which was supposed to be established to examine the circumstances of the 120,000 people who have been expelled and suspended, has still not been set up even though one month has passed since the appointed date. There is a reminder in the instruction sent by the Prime-Ministry to provincial governates that, even if the commission is established, there will be a six-month period for receiving applications.
