ABD: O gece bizden destek istendi
ABD Elçisi John Bass, darbe girişimi gecesi
saat 11 ya da 11.15 sularında Türk
Dışişleri’nden bir yetkilinin kendisini
aradığını belirterek, “Yaşanan olayların
hükümetin rızası dışında yasadışı bir
darbe girişimi olduğunu söyledi ve destek
istedi. Ve bu bilgiyi Türk hükümeti
adına Washington’a aktarmam istendi
ve bunu hemen yaptım” dedi.
