AKP jitters over ‘No’

With forty days left until the referendum, there are jitters in the AKP as polls fail to produce the desired results. Coupled with concerns over the ‘undecided’ and ‘“No” supporters’ within the party, concern is rising within the AKP as the MHP base persists in its “No” stance and CHP supporters unanimously voice clear support for “No”.
“No” supporters in the MHP are not the AKP’s sole concern. Polls are showing that at least 5% of AKP voters intend to vote “No”. When the undecided, potential abstainers and ‘secret “No” voters’ are taken into account, there are concerns that this percentage is closer to ten.
