The ruling party will lay the foundations of the Dardanelles Bridge at a rally tomorrow. The General Highways Directorate has guaranteed the companies 45,000 vehicles per day. Any shortfall from this amount will be paid for out of our taxes.
The 2023-metre anticipated length of the bridge has nothing to do with the centenary of the republic and is for show. The Treasury will pay for each extra metre. No to the bridge that will mortgage our children’s economic future!
