The indictment over the Suruç massacre in which 34 people died has been submitted to the court. The indictment establishes that the suicide bomber Şeyh Abdurrahman Alagöz wandered freely around the streets of Suruç with a bomb strapped to him and had passed by the Directorate of Police and Police Accommodation buildings three hours before the explosion. Question marks have been raised by the failure for the suicide bomber to be spotted despite warnings of an attack.
