A military helicopter was carrying the booklets of the transition to secondary education exam in Diyarbakir province of southeastern Turkey when it came under fire from a group of PKK members at about 4pm on Tuesday. The aircraft was hit by 4 bullets during the attack.

The incident, in which personnel was harmed was confirmed in a press release of Diyarbakir Governor’s Office while reinforcements were directed to the area where the attack took place
